The answer of this is puzzle is in YES, the people need some more powers to work at the social & political levels more freely & effectively. For this they need the Representative right, what is this right may be people get confused to see the importance of this right. Today the constitution needs the People's commission to start giving this vital right to common people directly. But at present what is happening is that

  

Political parties are recognized by the Election commission & think rightful authority to distribute the Representative right to wealthy, self liking people. All these practices are weakening the Democracy. If people get the Representative right directly from the people's commission then the present democracy would turned towards the people democracy & able to remove the crime, corruption & crisis in all level.

Lots of things have come into our World...with much efforts. People have faced very harsh weather  in social, economic & political fields. Many thoughts spread across the earth effected many region, culture, nations & their society. Lots of actions of people involved to make present day World. This is vary world today people are having many new unthinkable devices & comforts in their homes. The political thoughts, just fixed in our minds & action that many ways are opening to achieve new things...seeing so new things people are puzzled, confused & get panic. In political side if we notice that people as a voter are free to support any political party to control the administration on behalf of them. In social level if we see even no proper definition, structure, system, process, panels or bodies working in particular direction...people have taken the jobs own its own to do business sometime with the government support or some other agency support. Nobody is right now there in the middle to tell people you do the things like that under a system. This question is a vital...even world is progressing in many directions...the poverty, violence, racism, regionalism, cast, class, color, creed attack is going on which is enhanced when it took bloody communal look with terror to follow & crime, corruption & crisis support all kinds of maltreatment to people who are at present facing it in many regions of the world.
What we need today is well framed social system to make people involved in this to carry out the social responsibility in a vast social net.
